Philip Cutler is the founder and CEO of GradeSlam, a Canadian ed-tech company that has just launched the first ever on demand, one-on-one online tutoring service, called GradeSlamNOW.

The recent Germanwings tragedy where it is alleged that the co-pilot intentionally crashed the jet he was flying into the French Alps, has brought mental health onto the front pages. We discuss the issue with psychotherapist Lanada Williams.
